Project Management

Our Project Management methodology follows proven principles and ideas acquired from the PMI. All project requirements are fulfilled by the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities. The whole process of Project Management being accomplished through the use of initiation, planning, executing, controlling and closing processes. The project management team proactively manages the work on the project which typically includes:

• completing demands for scope, time, cost, risk and quality
• stakeholders with different needs and expectations
• and the integration of project components into a cohesive whole

Software Development Life cycle

Our software development methodology is an iterative process split over the five Unified Software Development process phases of Discovery, Inception, Elaboration, Construction and Transition that guide the devlopment. Each phase is further worked out through a series of iterations and the ensuing increments over time terminating in a milestone and its respective deliverables.

Using the iterative approach and proven software methodologies we manage your project under strict quality control right from conception to implementation. Our Germany-based management team interacts with clients and provides the design team at Imperial Soft with a seamless communication and effective workflow resulting in a large reduction in project cost.
